Using the game

By playing Reefwell on 585816335.com you agree to these terms. The game is free and for your personal enjoyment. There are no prizes and nothing to buy.

Fair play

You may not:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or send automated or altered scores;
• use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, misleading or impersonates someone, or that contains personal data, yours or anyone else's;
• attack or overload the site, probe it for weaknesses, or copy or reverse-engineer it in order to attack it.

Scores pass automated plausibility checks and may be moderated. Leaderboard entries are not verified records of play, and no position on the leaderboard is guaranteed. A game can be saved within six hours of starting. We may remove entries, reset scores or the whole leaderboard, or block abusive traffic, at any time and without notice.

Copyright

Reefwell, including its code, graphics, sounds and name, is protected by copyright. All rights belong exclusively to 585816335.com. You may not copy, republish or sell it without written permission.

The game uses two open-source components: the three.js library and a simplex-noise function. Both remain under their own MIT licences.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or end it at any time, and we do not promise that it will always work or be free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. The mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
